Etgar is constantly adapting and responding to challenges facing the community. A number of special one off projects have been developed in response to changing circumstances. Examples of these projects are below.
Miznon
Launched by the team at Etgar, Miznon was a special campaign to provide kosher meals to teachers and children of key workers in Jewish schools across London.
It was a small measure of acknowledgement to help ease the burden on our exceptional teachers and other frontline workers during the Covid pandemic.
‘Anti-social’ media?
In May 2021 Etgar together with the Jewish Agency for Israel and UJIA produced a special briefing on when and how to engage with social media about Israel and Gaza.
